Texting: 1 SMS segment = 1 credit. 1 MMS = 3 credits. Incoming, outgoing, and automated texts count.

Voice: Connected call minutes. A call counts once, even when it uses multiple technical connections.

Video: Each connected participant counts. A 60-minute visit with two people uses 120 participant-minutes.

Soren / AI: Credits are weighted by model and usage, rather than by message or note. 1 credit represents $0.01 of underlying AI usage.

All prices in USD. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Standard US texting and domestic calls; international and premium destinations are quoted separately. Video includes live sessions; recording, composition, and recording storage are separate. Patient payment processing fees and applicable taxes are additional. No added processing surcharge on your Braver subscription.
